Cap The cap is made of dark green translucent lacquer with a fine guilloche underneath. The cap ring is set with diamonds in brilliant cut (~0,391 ct.).
Cap Top The cap top is set with diamonds in brilliant cut (~0,18 ct.) The emblem is made of mother-of-pearl.
Clip The clip is adorned with a orange citrine of ~0,34 ct., symbolizing her orange hair.
Overall Design The overall design of the solid gold cartridge fountain pen is inspired by her role as 'Gilda' in 1946 by which she became famous. The green lacquer is a tribut to the green satin dress she was wearing in that role. The wavy guilloche under the lacquer is inspired by her long, wavy hair.
Cone This edition does not feature a classical cone function as it was designed to be used with ink cartridges.
